For most 4 year olds, The Wizard of Oz is a yes with a witch. It scores 38 on the ScoutScore, in the Mild tier, and nearly all of that is the Wicked Witch and her flying monkeys, who have been frightening small children since 1939 and show no sign of stopping. The fear arrives in Technicolor and leaves by song, which is the whole reason generations of parents keep passing it down.
